Those low end ESP's are pretty decent bangs for the buck. Any buzzing issues can be worked out with truss rod adjustments. Cheap bass necks will much sooner go out of adjustment than warp so I wouldnt worry about that. That last warped neck I saw was on a 70's jazz bass, neck construction on lower end basses is pretty good these days. And if all else fails, buy it new so you have a warranty.
