I think stefan is a good player but he doubles the guitarists too much for me to consider him a true "bass player" ( plus he plays a six string, come on too much guitar for him!!!!lol), if you want to learn tech bass go with those three i listed ( also try opeth or rush, it really helps with grooving in a metal environment)
