Yeah.
Another weirdo scale would be the Promethean scale. It has no feel to it, because there's no basic chord. Its what one might call 'melodically amorphous'. You can draw some really great stuff out of it though.

You can actually hear a bit of a stark melody when you ascend it at moderate speed. Although it's still quite to hear the story of a brave man who challenged the gods in it. |
