A huge one. Licensed floyds as a general rule will never stay in tune as well as genuine Floyds or Schaller floyds. OFR's have a lower profile, plus they sustain better, as they're made from higher quality, more massive steel. If I had to pick between getting hit over the head with an OFR and a licensed floyd, I'd pick the licensed one. 
If someone wants to offer 380$ I'm all ears.
