you waited a year and a half on this order? man you should definately chew some mofos ears off on the phone...........i work in shipping and customers are on your ass immediately if something goes wrong. i understand you being in NZ and making an american order may take like time but man, thats serious incompetence. i never shipped anything to NZ and dont know the specifics on international shipping in the south pacific but thats insane. did you order that direct? or was it an ebay deal?
