He isn't talking shit to anybody, he's commenting on how stupid those so-called adults are for letting religious beliefs lead them to believe that one of their loved ones is possessed by a demon and as a result of trying to drive the demon out, torturing said loved one. The loved one in question is an 8 year old girl.
