When you go to a tab page you might see an interstitial and/or a pop-under ad. This ad is frequency capped so as to appear only once/24h. Also, there is a skip button on the interstitial ad as someone has already suggested.
There was an issue with the server a couple of weeks ago. Everything is working fine since then, moreover I tuned up the server to run even faster. I will upgrade it when the need arises, but now it is capable to handle 3 to 5 times the current traffic.
