Well duh..... thats what was making the noise in the first place. A funny story actually since i had broken the fan i needed to get a new one. So i went down to CompUSA and the only thing they had was the fan+heatsink of the same model i had, not just the fan, i checked like 5 other places and decided to pitch over the 40 bucks to get the fan and heatsink. So i went home installed just the fan, and an idea arose to me . I did a fairly shitty job of gluing the old wing back on the fucked up fan, put it all back in the packaging, made it look all pretty, went back to CompUSA and returned it. So free fan for me
