oh yes, I had the same problem! And I had a 10 watt Ibanez amp too. The drums and the guitar were much louder and I can'z hear my bass. But I think if there is a bassist in the band, you should hear it. Personally, I like to hear the bass. And that's the opinion of all bassists I think.
