You listen but don't hear

I realize that now

So keep up your game that makes you win as a loser

I've cried myself to sleep sometimes
You've all but destroyed the ties
You've tried to humiliate me
And make me feel like I'm the one who's wrong.

This isn't a family we're living in
There's nobody's happier than we are
And you're happy to have a partner to lead down your path
I quit travelling the one you chose
