I got a Peavey 5150 amp that I bought used off of somebody. Whenever I activate the effects loop, the amp volume drops considerably. Has anybody ever had a problem like this? Know how to...

Oh and the BBE Stomp settings are like 7 and 7.5 or so. I've tried all kinds of setting positions on this pedal and I don't hear a difference on any of them.
