I hate using different strings for different tunings...its a bitch with the floyd rose system to change strings so i use a 52 on mine when i have it between 1 and 2 steps flat and it still has a nice...

Im not a les paul type of person too much...epiphone guitars are overratted for the most part in my opinion but once you get into the very high priced range they are ok...the sg is a good...
