You might consider installing a Floyd Rose on it....

You might consider installing a Floyd Rose on it. You can adjust the intonation just by fiddelin with the screws....

You are correct there are two sharps in the key of D... But understand that G is the tonic key so I'm saying the other two are only one note off from it... I'll have to get back after the holidays......
