Honestly, LB, I just paste either from MS Word, Word Processor, or from googling it. All those commands work, too, but worth fuck all to memorize for some symbol you're going to use twice a year.

Don't want to hijack this too much and feel free to delete these, but I write recipes and that looks a heck of a lot better. :) Most of what I've learned on the computer has been self taught. I didn't have it in school like all of you guys. If I had listened to my dad when I was in school I might have, but computers were a whole nother thing back then.
