Can't find wiring diagram ibanez rg120 please help
 

Been looking forever.

It's not dependent of what model guitar you have. It's all based on the pickup/switch configuration you have.

Try this

I didn't see the 120 specifically but then I didn't go through many of the manufacturing years. Most are dual humbucker with a 5-way switch.

I try that page. I went through the years that had the rg120 model and when I picked it the page does nothing. Doesn't so a link or anything to a wiring diagram??

2004 has a rg120 model, but when I choose it doesn't show anything.

I don't get how power flows? does the pickups generate a ac voltage?

Should the pickups connected directly the cable not create full volume amplification unless there bad and not generating high enough of a voltage?

The circuitry of a guitar is completely passive (aside from active pickups). No source of current is generated in a guitars electronics, it just sends the signal and the amp is what does all the work using the correct voltage and generating the correct wattage.

What is the pickup configuration of your guitar as well as the number of volume and tones knobs? Also what is your switch? 3-way or 5-way?

I tried to find a diagram of a Epiphone Coronet awhile back. I looked everywhere, couldn't find anything.

Its not passive. the pickups generate an a/c voltage. Whats the signal going to the amp, a/c voltage. its not vibration going into the amp. the amp, amplifies this signal.
