Concerning: Allergies.
 

If I practice while my allergies are acting up, will it damage my vocal cords in any way? Will I need to be extra cautious or just not practice until they aren't acting up... Damn pollen...

i would'nt think so

but i dont suggest it, uncomfortable and makes you keep your allergies.
