Delay and Reverb
 

Alright, i'm not too knowledgeable on vocals at all, but the PA system that my vocalist has a PA system that lacks reverb or delay. I was wondering if there was a pedal or small processor that won't cost 300$ that i could pick up.
He is using some sort of shure mic with a yorkville PA system. I could ask for details if necessary.
