Wacken Open Air 2003!
 

Hey everyone!

How many of you are going to Wacken this year? and how?
First three bands are Stratovarius, Iced Earth (!) and Gamma Ray.

I would die to go to Wacken some day, It is like the perfect line up of bands every single year, nearlly every single band im into play there. Me and my mate have made a pact to fly up to germany from oz and go to it when we are a bit older and richer ;)
Iced Earth and Stratovarius would go off live!!! I havent heard any gamma ray tho so i have no idea about em

I want to go there
but thats too expensive for me (take plane etc...)

I think I might have asked this before, but where does Wacken take place?

Somewhere in Germany. Not sure exactly where, but I have a feeling it's not too far from Holland, if that helps.

And I believe Wacken is the name of the place, but it´s near Hamburg in Germania...

Holy fuck i'm going to wacken.

i can fly to Frankfurt (how far from hamburg???) from GLasgow for £20 Return, and i need a taxi or bus to take the the 20km from hamburg
then get a hotel.

Fuck, that's awesome!! We'll see you there! Besides, I think taxi from Frankfurt to Hamburg might be A LITTLE expensive!!!!!!!! It would be like taxi from Glasgow to London.
