strings?
 

im pretty sure this should go here and not in gear but i am doing something for a science project about nickel and stainless steel guitar strings i cant find shit on the web about the differences between the two any one know some differences of them (besides the material there made out of) any would be much appreciated

I don't think anyone can help him here actually, everybody just buys strings, puts them on an GOES!!!

Nickel strings have a nickel coating & mix. They have a softer sound & don't rust as easily. Stainless are real bright.

I suggest emailing the manufacturers with questions about why they use nickel instead of steel, or vice versa.
