I am now vocals and guitars for masokist and we finally have a full line up.
OH and I've been doing bodybuilding for 6 months and now weigh 165 pounds.

HAHAHA. Rite now my max bench is at 200 pounds.
Im doing the Max Ot-routines and I take in about 150-220 grams of protein on my work out days. FUCK Protein farts stink like hell.
