Using weights to train wrist strength
Do any of you do this? What weight (in pounds) would you reccomend using? I'm mainly concerned with just my right hand's wrist strength. And don't just say to just practice more, I do practice pretty much daily but I want a little extra.
I've always thought this was a bit silly. I've seen evidence that this actually helps or what muscles its developing. Honestly, the best way would just to practice.
