Ok, none of this "raw gr1m" shit..and other than COF and DB(which I don't really care for, but that is my business), what are your favourite melodic black metal bands? I want to get more into the genre, so please help one another out.

I think I just enjoy powerful sounding keyboards sometimes with metal, they just can add so much more substance.

And there are so many bands I find that are similar to this genre..L3T D@ F/\5 I]@N{3 83G1N!!

Would Mystic Forest qualify as melodic black metal? I have heard one song by them and thought it was very good.

Never heard of Mystic Forest, I'm trying to find some mp3's online.

I was never a big fan of OMC, I guess I'm looking for more of a symphonic black metal band.

He is pretty boring most of the time. But when something is good it's really good.

There's a Nagelfar and a Naglfar. Moe blunts was just saying Nagelfar is better.

I don't listen to much BM, but Emperor's "Prometheus" changed my fucking life! Can't believe I missed out on seeing them!
