mysongbook shutdown!!!
 

Okay...Another one of the tabs site has been shut down (partially).I am talkin about http://www.mysongbook.com. This was, as far as i know, the best site for non metal guitar pro tabs.
However, i recently found this zip file on the torrents search (i think isohunt.com) which has all the gp4/gp5 tabs which were on the mysongbook site as of march/april 2006.
Check it out, all users of guitar pro.

did you seriously just notice? its been down for months

It's so gay they did that. The music industry are such assholes. Its so they can make more money selling those Tab Books you can get for bands, when this is THE most efficient way of learning songs ever. I have the library aswell, as with most people who used MSB.

I dont understand how MSB is different from all other tabbing sites except for the fact its solely GP. Have many other places been shut down too?

Man the music industry should know that most people out there know how to learn songs using their ears, they're just lazy and use tabs (I myself not included because I cant use my ears to tab songs :bawling: )
Its all a day at the office for them.

Just do a search for "my song book" or "mysongbook" on a torrent site, like isohunt.com or torrentspy.com.

mysongbook is gay, most tabs arent even downloadable cuz they didnt get permission by the original writer of the music LAME.

they should shutdown everytab site imo..
that way i could make money tabbing solos for people, i guess that would be a pretty good job :p

MSB got their tabs shutdown cos of a french orginasition. Because MSB's server is in France, its only MSB which is getting bitched at. It has nothing to do with Mxtabs or Powertabs.

But MSB isnt Permantly shutdown, the sites owner Repdev is working on a solution, but its still looking grim:(

All tabs from msb were on www.tabs.exz.nu as well... and it's just cool because you can download a whole bunch of tabs at once.
