Necrophagist to play Canada for the first time!

The tour will be named "Carving North America's Epitaph" and is set to take place between June 1st and June 10th in 2006. It will make stops in the Canadian provinces of Ontario and Quebec. Cities that will be covered on the tour include Toronto, Montreal and Quebec City. More details, including a complete itinerary plus the names of the support acts, will follow.

Since the band will play the Maryland Deathfest on May 28th in 2006, dates for the US are being worked on as well. See you on the road!

sounds great. according to Mark from Alarum, we're getting Cephalic Carnage and Necrophagist this year. Exodus & Disgorge in March also, just had Hate Eternal then Nile a few months apart earlier too. Great to see bands are venturing to other places different from the norm.

Yeah, it's really picked up this year. Not to mention, there's also Behemoth this weekend, and it seems like Cryptopsy in April. Yay!

i know for defs that they are playing in bristol, as i rang the venue, so im guessin they will play some more uk dates, dont ask how i kno this tho, it all seems rather sketchy, as theres no info on the phagist site.

Yeah, i found out today on this website - http://www.overlord.moonfruit.com/ <--- on there gigs page, that they are supporting for Necrophagist at the Croft, i hope this is true and gets fully confirmed, 11 quid for necrophagist, will be amazing!
