I dont know how to make one note in a diatone to last longer than the other one. Its pissing me off :mad:

maybe this helps, to make a note sound longer than the notes u can schoose from u can attach 2 notes see attachment. i suck at explaining, but maybe this'll help

Im currently tabbing desiderata(dedicated to Jason Becker), Im actually done this tab but I cant get the bass notes to ring. Im going to have to use "let ring" throughtout the whole song if someone musiclly inteligent doesnt help me soon. thanks

Well you can still use ties. So if the top note lasts a half, but the bottom is only a quarter, put the chord as a quarter and then put a tie for the top note with another quarter.

Or you can use the low melody button. Put the lower note as a half low melody and the top as a quarter, or whatever timing the notes are.

lolol my bad, I just was looking for a less anoying way to do it. It only works half good though, i cant quite seem to get them to ring as long as a I want.. wierd :behead: <---lol
