two things
 

1: the site wont remember me anymore :( it keeps signning me out, even when im not on the screan for a minute or two! its starting to piss me off, any help?


2: ive seen "WHYD YOU BRING UP THIS OLD THREAD" and "THERES ANOTHER THREAD ON THIS... USE THE SEARCH" alot, what one do we actually need to do? its confusing

are you using any differnet kind of browser than you used to, or have you changed security settings on anything windows or IE

I guess it's a security setting. Check your internet cookies!

try to bring up the old ones, assuming you have something important to add to it, and ignore all the morons being stupid about it.

and often times, the people being told to search are people asking questions, not with information to share

By "at often times" I'm sure he means 99-100% of the time. I don't think anyone is going to complain if you are going to give some positive input.

Unless the thread is so old any input what-so-ever is meaningless.

Yeah, I mean when someone diggs up an one year old thread, I think they just should have started a new one really.

Yeah, do this. So long as you don't just add "I agree" or something equally pointless you'll be fine.
