How come there is no "reply" for private messaging? There's a "quote" and a "forward" that act as the same function it seems, yet no "reply.":confused:

Don't know, this will probably be fixed in future vBulletin versions :confused:

As a workaround you can "quote" and then delete the quoted text.

I have a little thing in wordpad I call "The Crap I Put Up With pt. 3" where I put funnies that I want to remember and I have been known to hardcopy a few things just for safekeeping. I'm sort of sentimental like that, too. That might be an option especially with the printable feature here. Just copy all or part of what you want and edit out the rest. Hardcopy or just save it.

A reply would be great. Sucks you have to forward, then go and copy and paste their nick in the send. Just kinda monotmous after awhile.

Erm, well I don't. I've never had to type in a recipient's name.

You dont have to put the 'Recipient's' name in, if you click there user name and go down to 'send a private message' because then its already done, you just have to put in a subject, but yes a Reply feature would be nice..

For a new pm I just click new message on the left side and the first letter or 2 of the name where that goes and a list of the names comes up. I click the one I want and add the heading and message. Generally I don't ask for confirmation so I click cancel there.
Other sites I go to are like that, too, so it might be a firefox thing.

I don't think I've had a problem with PMS. Well, I'm a male anyway so usually I woudn't get...
