I can do a 72" vertical jump with an 800 lb barbell on my back, lol noob your shit sucks. but then again you have only been doing this for two weeks.

My husband said he squated down to pick up a box at work and couldn't get back up again. There wasn't anyone around to help him so he had to struggle. That's from his avf though. Just throws a little different light on it for me.

395x3 deadlift if anyone cares. and I did a 375x1 squat awsell, 4 plates is getting close

you have pics yet of how hyoog you are?

I don't really lift heavy anymore. I do a lot of crossfit type stuff with the unit I'm in, circuit type workouts with some fundamental lifts involved.
