Help please
 

I need some tips on how to make some good riffs for a tool-ish, jack off jill-ish, kinda out-there melodic, heavy, dark type band. I have a 4-string usually tuned down to C or B. w100 Ampeg amp. No pedals yet. Ive been playing for 2 or 3 years. Help please.

Personally I would tune up to DGCF to make that type of music, but whatever you like. Just look up some diminished scales and inaugerate (Slayer like) chords.
