am i the only one getting this?

every couple of times i come here i get this box that pops up saying in order to veiw this site right i have to install a japanes font!? what the hell, it cant be any spyware or shit, cause i JUST reformated my comp this morning

the "download smiley's" when viewing tabs are a tad irksome, but the rest of stuff is fine.

did you click the "never install any language packs" box? that could help you.

your other options are:
a) ignore it and get cheesed off everytime it happens
b) take a chance and install a language pack to teach yourself japanese!! :idea:

meh its just trying to display characters that you dont have the drivers for. dig up your driver disc from your computer and install all the font drivers

Ignore it, I know why this happens. It is because Nomad has some Japanese or 'x' language Advertisements. They are prompting you to install the language. Its nothing fatal and it happens to me all the time.

I'm getting it too. it's FUCKING annoying.

I clicked "never install any laguage packs" and now I get these [] [] [] characters in my advertising box. It was that or japanise text...

Yeah I had a Japanese anime ad thing at the top, and for you GD, it was probably prompting you to install Japanese characters so you could view the ad.
