Well Suffocation is comming, and I know the person who got the chance to interview them when they come here, and they asked me for some questions, now I only came up with a few, so I'm asking you for some help.

WHAT WHOULD YOU ASK SUFFOCATION?!

ask the guitarists, what they think is the pieice of gear they have thats most important to their sound

"How come you guys kick so much ass?"

come on guys be realistic he needs real questions

Fuck you all. This is someone's good fortune we're talking about here, and you're all acting like douchemonkeys. Come up with some real suggestions, or shut your stinking pieholes.

i would ask for their entire gear setups, down to string gauges, picks, and cables.

yeah. I wouldn't mind knowing what gear they use either! its interesting to know if they give a damn about it too. hehe.

maybe ask them about their weirdest tour experiences and stuff? (most of the time you'll get a damn good story!)

when do you have to know by?

ask them when they are going to visit the ausies!

Considering it's going to be you friend asking the questions:

"Why do I get paid to ask you guys questions when I get FearFrost and the good folks at MetalTabs to think of them all?"

Seriously, I'd ask a couple of questions:

1. What their favourite Suffocation album is
2. What songs do they really enjoy playing live?
3. What up-and-coming bands are they excited about?
4. How they feel they've progressed as a band over the last 15 years
5. Are they never satisfied with their studio tone? Their albums never sound the same.
6. Do they have plans for another album after this round of touring?
7. If they had three wishes, what would they wish for?
8. Who would they like to see play themselves in a film?
9. Are they available for Christenings, weddings and Bah Mitzvahs?

Well, maybe not the last one!

FOR the record, late may is when they come, and i already have:

- the gear questions we all want to know
- has terrance and/or mike ever encounterd if any racial crap
- Canadian bands they like

That's what I would ask. Plus, I would ask, "how do you like Chris Rezendes' tabs of your songs? They are marvelous, no?", so definitely have your friend work that in there somewhere.

EDIT: I really would ask them why they never play anything from Breeding the Spawn live except the title track. It's my lease favorite song on the whole album, not to say I don't like it, but seriously... They should play Prelude to Repulsion and Ornaments of Decrepancy or they should play Beginning of Sorrow and Marital Decimation or they should play anything except the fucking title track.
