Pig Vocals
 

I was wondering how u can do vocals like Torsofuck, the 2nd vocals in Abysmal Torment, or Wormed. Does anybody know how to make that piggish, or whatever its called, vocals? I really want to learn how to do that shit. :confused:..............................

pucker up your lips. now, as low as your voice can go, utter "ooooooooo." try to make this growl "nasal," as this is what helps it achieve the pig effect. give all that a go.

Go dig a pit in your backyard and fill it with sewage. The dive into it, take a shit in the slop pile and then eat some of it. Then your all ready for some live Torsofuck karaoke!

Breathe backwards. Takes a little getting used to and a bit of moulding to get it right but it'll come. Don't think that the first time you do it that oh no it sounds wrong and then give up, keep practicing.

Yeah, this was elaborated in the sticky pretty well. I can't growl normally for shit, but I can do some damn good "pig" vocals.

im almost positive that wormed use voice distortion... Ahumado Granujo do, and the vocals are practically identical... and Ahumado's vocalist looks like a kid so yeah

Wormed did use some grainy vocal recording for their "Planesphaerium" album, but you can tell that that is Phlegeton's real growl in their demo CD. I can mimic Phlegeton's growl in a whisper-like fashion, and it sounds a lot like him. He doesn't enunciate very much, so you don't have to worry about that. Just work on growling shit like "yuuuuuuuuuuhhh" as deep and as much as you can and you'll get there, just make sure you're not forcing or contracting your throat at all, or you'll get an Avulsed-esque growl.

Listen to Fermento, they don't use effects and for me is the best pig voice

no matter how much i hate dying fetus, theyre one of the best examples of pig vox with enunciation. when growlin, make sure u have the space in your mouth so the sound doesnt get pinched off. try talking with your mouth like u want to yawn, keep that space and growl. it worx for me :)
