I've never really had a prefered pick or pick brand, just as long as the pick is decent and is thick.

Who would buy a clear pick? You would lose them all the time...

I'm debating ordering those Ultex picks...

i play dunlop gator grip 1.5 and 2.0mm picks

I know I've answered this in the threads of years passed, but what the hell, I'll answer again. I try to use Dunlop Tortex Standards whenever I can, the gauges either .50, .60, or .73mm, with an extreme preference toward the .60s. Sometimes I have to buy larger or smaller gauges because they are the only Tortex available. Sometimes I even have to buy the nylons, which I HATE, but I need Tortex.

I really wish the music stores around here just stayed stocked in the orange Tortex standard .60s. I'd be a happy man.

Its actually true about losing the clear picks, its annoying, i bought three once because I thought they were cool lol, everytime i dropped one while playing guitar or something it would always roll someone and be so hard to find, I lost all 3 in like 3 days? Wonder where they are right now :p
