Is Sobe bad for your throat if you do vocals? I drink like, one a day and if it screws my voice over I would rather not drink it.

:confused: I've never heard of that before....What is "Sobe?" A drink obviously but what does it do?

i think its like a energy type drink, I dont think it will hurt your throat

dunno about sobe, but our vocalist has stopped having much of any drink cuz he feels his throat would get fucked up...maybe he's just a bit too paranoid :p

Oh, because I was having one today and for some reason my throat didn't feel like its full, and it was the first one I had in about a week.

It's just a fruit drink...quit worrying about it.

it would probably help your throat instead of hurting it, 'cause of the vitamins
