I was reading through my old High School poetry magazines we putout each year and read a line that inspired this piece. Not song material but just thought you might to read it. :) Explaination follows.

" Inspired by a High School Friend "

I'm laying here in wait
For the touch of your hand
On my smooth skin.
There's so much I want to say,
But until you allow me
I won't say a word.
Don't you realize
The agony of my silence?
Can't you feel the tension
Pulsing from me?
All it would take is the touch
Of your hand
And the words would flow
From my blue blood
To be preserved evermore.
