I doubt Nile and Suffocation are among bands not mentionned when Mastodon, High on Fire and Pig Destroyer are.

All the bands sound quality was the best sound ive ever heard apart from todays is the day. nile wouldnt have been on it as they were doing the art of noise tour, which i also went to, and suffocation have only just reformed this past year since the festival.

hmm. relapse. I dont think they have a very good line up most of the time. i like some bands on there, but they usually pick the ones i dont like for compilations and (now) a dvd.

the sound quality for ALL the bands was amazing with exception of today is the day who were the roughest sounding band over the weekend. cephalic carnage had pretty bad sound too but still kicked ass!!

didnt see the balcony bar bands cause they were so strict at the festival (i got ID'd with only a month to go until i was 21)

I hate to say this Dyvim, but you've just missed them. They played Manchester on December 6th and, quite frankly, they were nothing short of amazing. The support (Misery Index and Dew Scented) were excellent too. At the very earliest I don't think they'll be back until the end of 2004 unless we're very lucky. Spring 2005 is more likely.

To add to the digression: I'm about 5'7-5'8 and all my friends are much taller than me which makes me look even shorter, but I don't mind. Short guys make up for the length in the pants :D. Nile is good live, but thier sound is very hard to reproduce live with good quality so if your not familiar with the songs, they are hard to enjoy.

Back to the subject: I've heard rumours of them taking off alot of those artists and replacing them with some fucking hardcore bands. Gag I hope not!
