Nile, Kreator, Amon Amarth, Vader, and Goatwhore

I want to go... but the only date they are playing around here is on a thursday...

I just went last night and it was pretty good.

Goatwhore: Really, who I went to see because I had already seen all the other bands, besides Kreator. I think they where the best. Great sound, attitude, stamina, ect. The crowd that got there that early really enjoyed them, they fucking ruled. Another thing I like that they did, that some bands do, is they hang out in the crowd afterwards, really down to earth guys.

Amon Amarth: I never really liked this band much, but they wern't to bad live. Probably because they play their best songs and cut out all the other shit. That and im not into the viking image. The singer is huge too.

Vader: Fucking ruled. I love them and they are one of the best bands to see live, very powerful. The pumped up the crowd and climaxed with Reign in Blood. Yeah, jsut about every band has covered that song, but it still was great.

Kreator: Blah, im not a Kreator fan and their set was way to long with me. I like the guitar work, but you could not hear the singers guitar at all!

Nile: I like Nile alot...but live, there is only so much I can take of them. Tunning down to A makes every thing muddy and muffled. It was really hard for me to even determine one song from the next.

Conclusion: Not the best show ever, but not the worst. Everyone's set was shortened for an hour set for Kreator and Nile which was a horrible decision. I went for Goatwhore and where defenatly the best, then Vader.

I saw Kreator last year at Graspop Open Air and it was awsome!!!
Nice trashy metal!!
But only the songs of their latest album "violent revolution" are cool!

I saw Nile live on thursday and they were
fucking great(though they didn't play Unas)
Their sound was ok the guitars sounded fine
they weren't muddy at all.
I was a little disappointed by Misery Index though
their sound was awful!Also I expected them to be more brutal
Anyway the concert was great!My neck still hurts!
