Unzip Powertab

I just recently downloaded Powertab and I can't get it to work. The file says it is zipped. What is the best way to unzip the file?

Right click, then "extract files" or "extract here." you may need to download winzip.

Or WinRAR or WinACE. Any way you go about it is ridiculously easy.
