Hahaha jesus christ they haven't produced any new music in four years... and every Muhammed fanboy has seen half a dozen good quality bootlegs of them playing live. A dvd with a bunch of material everyone's heard and seen a thousand times already? Whoopee. They all look like human typewriters when they play anyways...

just sounded 'too good' everything was clear and great tone not to say that doesnt happen but usually on live album that means a touch up

well the rest of the mix sounds fine and real to me but ive never seen a vid of muhammed playing that solo note for note like he did on the album , plus it sounded like a tone/volume jump to me when he comes in on the solo, and the editing was totally fishy

Necrophagist if nothing else, writes the best solos I have heard in death metal. I have yet to hear a band with better solos, or even come close to how good Necro's solos sound. Doesn't even make me think 'shred' when I hear them, just really well composed bits of music to accompany a great song.

Ignominious and Pale is tied with Advanced Corpse Tumor for me.

They've mic'ed everything up, and then it's been mixed later on, and the solo sounds wrong, because they've just applied some reverb to that guitar, which puts it out of place with the rest of the mix- in a live situation, the reverb is consistent across all the instruments. I don't think they've re-done the solo, but the mixing isn't that great- the vocals are a bit off with the reverb and placement in the mix. It kinda loses the live vibe because the instruments don't really gel in a way that they do live, and that it doesn't sounds live, it sounds like a shabby studio session :p
