We missed PsyOpus because we got lost.

If you go into Pittsburgh, PA, you'll never find your way out, its a fucking maze.

I remember my dad got lost trying to drive out of Glasgow at 11:30pm after Necrophagist. The police also stopped him at one point to notify him that he was driving without his lights on as well.

Everytime I've gone to this one place in the city called the Creepy Crawl, I've gotten lost. First time was I never been there, so I couldn't recognize it. Second time, I went to Map Queer, and it gave me directions to the old address.

I've also gotten lost going back home. I can't take a left turn back on this one street I come on to get to the Creepy Crawl. Sucks ass. And I"m freaked out of my mind about going into some bad neighborhood without a gun.

hahaha, what a shame
It was in the kaul house, in toronto. My girlfriend asked a hobo for directions, and we got there 20 minutes into the concert.

I am going to blame my asian guitarist for getting us to a show late, he drives so fucking soooollooooowww (true story) He was driving 45 in a 65 once, and got pulled over it was hiliarious... He was like "officer i am just trying to be a cautious driver" the officer said something to the effect of "son are you high right now? you were going 20 under the speed limit"

Not to mention straight up and straight down. :)

My neighbor's son and g/f went to Niagra Falls and had gotten directions off the internet. Before they got to the Peace Bridge there was a left turn in the directions. There apparently is no left turn there, but while they were looking for it they missed the exit for the bridge and ended up in a really bad part of town. The kid's mom was amused because she and her husband had followed the same directions a few years ago and ended up in the same area. lol She said like mom like son.

I'm lucky to have a wonderful navigator to drive back and forth to concerts. Even when we used to party he didn't get lost. :)

You don't know Mexicans like I know Mexicans. You might know some individually, but not as the pack animal that they are by nature.

The very east of Canada does not have a large Mexican presence...GO FIGURE!

I'm sorry about your friend. I, too, have close Mexican friends. However, they are domesticated. The true pure breed, such as the swarms in San Antonio are quite a different story. Savages, every last one of 'em. YAY racism.

I get lost everytime I get in the car, lol. Never missed a show due to it htough. I have missed two shows that I had tickets for. Dark Tranquillity/Strapping Young Lad fell on a day in which a nasty, nasty snowfall occured, and Opeth once thanks to a massive (30+ vehicles) pileup on the highway... in a snowstorm. Bad Times. At least I saw Dark Tranquillity and Strapping Young Lad once before, and Opeth about 6 times before.

Well at least it was just psyopus... I have a pretty good sense of direction, but on the other hand I steer clear of cities as large as Pittsburgh :)

I've done this as well, especially driving through a city that's loaded with streetlights.

If someone asked me if my old man was retarded or drunk, I would punch them in the the mouth.

Thankfully I know where all the venues are in Seattle and they are really easy to get to.. the only problem is Seattle traffic. Downtown Seattle has some of the worst most outdated roadways I've ever seen and its always a fuckin mess whenever you're down there so I've missed some bands because of that a few times(one time we missed a band that my friend was invited up to do vocals with, he was bummed).

Usually when I go to shows its me and my best friend Lucky. He always drives, and I'm a damn good navigator. But we've had some bad moments. Going to Asbury Park from here was hell, because I got use screwed up in South Jersey, and they were doing construction in Asbury so we had to circle a few times before we found The Stone Pony.

Driving out of Philadelphia high after smoking with Through the Eyes of the Dead. Apparently the GPS I was borrowing didn't work inside, and decided to show us the route, but not in real time. So I got lost and had to figure out a GPS stoned. Lovely (thats not going TO, but coming home. Oh well).

I've been to so many damn concerts that I can barely remember anything specific. We've had some close calls where we missed a turn but fixed ourselves quick.
