Ill be goin if I can to see Soulfly but I think its 18+ only and I turn 18 like a month after the show  Hatebreed's music doesnt do much for me at all but I'd imagine they would have an awsome show like most hardcore bands, like get really involved with the audience and shit. I just wanna see Max!!!
well I can tell you, hatebreed does have a kickass show, they are one of the most wellknown hardcore legend in the whole scene thingy.
hatebreed is pretty cool live but the cd's aren't that happening.
about soulfly, I only saw concert video's, I'm not a big soulfly fan but if I could I would check them out, bummer for you that you ain't 18 yet.

The problem with that is I have been to a concert with the most popular death/thrash band in the world (Slayer, Machine Head and Frankenbok concert) yet I cant go see a band that is nowhere near as extreme or great :bawling:
yeah that sucks, machine head is pretty good live, I don't like the new stuff though, the lyrics remind me of linkin park or something, pretty weak

Totally agreed, I like their older stuff so much more, I heard Supercharger and didnt even bother buying it, just didnt work for me
yeah man, supercharger sucks, but I like the 'burn my eyes' stuff etc.....
just another exaple of a band going fucked up.

Hehe its tha legal grass that attracts me to tha joint :stoned: :D If I ever get the chance to go overseas to there one day Ill come visit ya and we can party :D
Hatebreed were the first hardcore band I ever heard (back when i didnt understand what the hell hardcore was) and I didnt really like em, but I met a dude on the net that has gotten me into a few hardcore bands so much better than hatebreed and Im actually starting to enjoy the style of music. Those I listen to are usually influenced by swedish death, which is why i think I like them
I think hatebreed is more in the direction of oldskool, like agnostic front etc.
I like bands like xThrowdownx, xDisciple A.Dx, Backfire!, xMaroonx etc...
I don't know what your talking about Hatebreeds albums not doing much. Satisfaction is the end of desire and Perseverance a out there. Soulfly's cool, but there lyrics sound too generic and copied "I'm pissed walking down the streets, i'm full of rage don't fuck with me, open up your eyes and fucking see, we've got to fight the real enemy" Sounds like slipknot rough-drafts.

Yeah dumb fuck, wait 10 seconds more into the song and you'll hear that the lead singer of slipknot was in that song, come on now stupid, gain some common sense.

Not all do, the great ones (shai hulud, converge, everytime i die, most precious blood, dillinger escape plan) that i know dont.
By the way, filth grinder- if you dig hardcore bands with a swedish death metal influence you should really check out atreyu, some say its just generic metalcore, i disagree, but eitherway, they kick ass and bring swedish death metal into metalcore.

Last summer I saw In Flames, who opened for Soulfly, and they opened for Slayer, and It was a kick ass show. I got to front row (to the left of the stage) durring Soulfly, and Slayer (I got Jeff's guitar pick, but thats a different story :) ). When Soulfly hit the stage, the people in the pits whent nuts. But my bro who had the chance to see Sepultura with Max said "Soulfly put on a damn good show, but compaired to Sepultura live it did not have the same feel."

If you live an sXe based lifestyle, its usually indicated by having an 'x' leading and trailing whatever. The sXe lifestyle basically means life without all its negatives and harmfull effects. Drugs for example. Im not too familiar with it, because don't think people should be living conformed to particular lifestyles. Do what you want.
