Well i don't know because I've seen it only once..
hm, I don't know that pedal, it's probably from an older series, I pretty much know the last few lines, it's not the ToneLok cuz it's older, maybe its the Soundtank series (black pedals, pretty round shapes, but plastic pieces of shit)
aight, I looked for it myself, look, Ibanez BN-5 Soundtank Black Noise,

that's the review of the pedal, with a photo and all sorts of revieuws, seems to be a pretty nice pedal.

I used to have a blacknoise pedal.. it had pretty good sound if I remember correctly.. It was awhile ago that I had it.. but I broke the damn thing in like 2 weeks. I just bought a new guitar so i'm looking for a good pedal now too.. A friend of mine uses a Digitech RP-200 .. I like the pedal it's alright.. But I dont' like alot of the distortion settings on it. It seems like they have no crunch.. just all drive.. It could be how he has it set. Do you guys run mutliple pedals through eachother or get a big pedal with different effects? I've always wondered what is the best way to go.. Anyways I love the Boss pedals .. Good sound and very durable like everyone says.. Anyone used a Boss multi effects pedal?
I use boss pedals, nice analog sound a durable as fuck, you can throw them into walls and they'll still work,
It's a matter of taste but I don't like the digital crap from boss and especially not that of digitech, digital sound is just diffrent, I don't like it at all.
that's why I use linked thru analog boss pedals.
Another reason not to buy a digital device is that you don't need all the gadgets on it, if you buy analog the quality of the sound might be better and you can buy the stuff you really need, but again, it's a matter of opinions.
if you like the digital kinda sound, go for the Boss GT-6

See maybe that's what I don't like about the distortion is that it's really digital sounding.. I really like the sound of the Boss pedals.. nice crunch good all around pedal.. The only thing I was worried about was alot of background noise from going through mutliple pedals.. I would RATHER use multiple pedals.. looks cooler that way anyways ;) heh.. But I know what you're saying..
just go to the stores and try all the stuff they've got :)
I did that a couple of times, haha, I annoyed the shit outta them, I'm an FX junkie for sure, hehe
And I absolutely love my boss bass effects! boss rules!
I only need a stageboard or something, I need to tape down my fx on the stage everytime because else they'll be flying towards our drummer in no time, hehe
def-fx.. it's just you.. you stupid! make your own stupid case and be sure our singer doesn't stand next to you!! :)
yeah I will hit him in the face next time, he wouldn't mind ! ;)
