need help quick..........please

Well my throat has been sore for about a week and now it is better. But I have a big big problem, I can't do my vocals anymore. We have a big show Monday and I need to know what to do. I do inhales and when I try to do them now I cough and they are cracking. Please help. Thanks.

Sounds to me like you were sick, just gonna have to to give it a rest a little longer. Shows not till monday so you should be fine.

yea, hopefully i will be fine. i gargled salt water and that seemed to help so maybe it will get better faster.

just try not talking so much if you can. if you dont talk as much it should heal sooner.
