Crazy deals for 7 hours only... +/-03 hours until go time for me. Consumer electronics seem to be the white hot fire buy/sell this year.

It's the biggest shopping day of the year. The reason it is called black friday is because when companies measure profits on a graph, red lines represent deficiets and black lines represent gains. Every buisness should be using a black marker, so much shit gets bought on this day.

No way in hell I'd do what some did. I'll go to the mall maybe next week about 8 when they open and nobody will be there like last year.
However tomorrow the church I go to is having their rummage sale and across the street is the Hospice Craft show at an elementary school. I'll go sniff the eucalyptus and hot glue guns. It's pretty crowded, but it's fun there. I miss selling my stuff at craft fairs.

Anyways. haha Yeah apparently where my sister lives in Charlotte some people were crushed to death when the mall opened. This shit is nuttttts.

I got totally drunk and had Mrs Soulinsane drop me off at Best Buy. I got in the store, got most of what I wanted, and was having a great time shopping drunk and tuned into my own little world. Then I was almost physically attacked all because I put this certain PC on my cart. It was right there on the shelf with a bunch more so why not? When you shop you find what you want and put it in your cart, right? Well somebody didn't like that and started yelling at me :confused: !!!

It was like swimming with sharks. Once the mob smelled blood, more people jumped in yelling. The manager and some 7 feet employee saved me from being lynched by people. A lot of things happened and were said that pissed me off but I was becoming more scared than anything. I'm just glad things didn't become violent. I was totally confused. Greed fueled angery people are scary to face while drunk.

Being the black friday nOOb that I am, I learned that I was in the wrong after all. Seems I needed a special ticket and a sale guy to help me before I was allowed to put the PC in my cart. I was like, I don't really need a sales guy to find what I want but a ticket? Where do I get one of those? No ticket for me though. They asked me to checkout and leave the store.

I might do it again next year but not as drunk :beer:

The only time I've done "drunk shopping" is at the liquor store..and if you drank a lot, it's best to have just bills because counting change can be embarrassing.

There are some great deals this year or maybe because I'm getting older they apply to me more than previous years of my life.

Anyways BestBuy has some great deals this year. I'm going to pick up two of the Nintendo DS Gold Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hour Glass Bundles.

Many of the stores' ads have been scanned onto a site called www.bfads.net and all are reliable.

Wow, I'm such a creature of habit. Planning on going to same craft fair and rummage sale this year only I'm talking some homemade crockpot chili for the luncheon they'll have. An international craft fair this weekend so that will be fun.

On the Friday after Thanksgiving, a shitload of department stores and other common stores have huge sales. Most stores open at like 5am and hold huge sales until about 12am. Some have sales all day long.

Lots of people knock out a chunk of Holiday shopping on Black Friday.

in holland they have the same, the stores just want to get rid of their old collection every spring
