View Full Version : Stacked volume pots...

How does that work? It doesn't say if it's a push-pull pot, how would I change the volume of individual pickups with a regular knob?
The two central controls here are what that style of pot would be like (http://media.zzounds.com/media/brand,zzounds/MT2-12d6c432ac175c3dfbf146d005285201.jpg)

Cunt.
He's trying to show you that that type of pot is on the two middle ones of a Metal Zone, and I think you saw that it was a Metal Zone, so you automatically took it as offence, without actually reading his heading on the link. At least that what I think happened there.
Oh LOL I see, my bad. But I didn't take it as an offense, I just called him a cunt for adding a seemingly unhelpful reply. Where can I get knobs like that for a guitar?
Well , you could by the fuckers from stewmac and you get the knobs and the pots :

or you could get the knobs from here :

Guitarelectronics also has them, I'll go with them I guess. But I'll grab the pot off ebay, some guy is selling 500/500k pots. I hear it's bad to use the same value pots for audio or is that BS? I'll get a new one for tone too, and I'm replacing the wiring as well.
