About linkin park - I sorry, that they came out with a new album.
P.O.D. - my head aches of that we are we are shit.
Slipknot - funny to see tons of people wearing slipknot t-shirts, and stating numetal sucks...
System Of A Down - well... They aren't 100% nu-metal, but they still suck, just as like Korn. Funny, that both of those band stated, that their main influence was Jane's Addiction.

Jane's Addiction was a good band, with good solos, and good structures...

i heard more of reanimation by linkin park. it is so gay. it just uses the LP name to sell it. it really isnt LP at all. it basically is long rap interludes by different rappers mixed in with very short LP song clips. it really shouldnt be a LP cd.

Nu metal is part marketing vehicle, part ghastly social trend. It is the disco of the late 90's.

Our collective blood pressure is high enough as it is without all this shit starting again, and I'm sure most of us are bored fucking sideways with this.

I will look very very unfavourably on people who start any more Nu-metal topics.

If you take away the guitars and electro beats Linkin' Park is no different than N'Sync.. It's sad that this is the image of "agressive metal." My sister was watching MTV rock countdown.. or all things rock.. something along those lines.. and the guys that were hosting it were from.. Good Charlotte (sp) The two guys looked so out of place.. one of them had all these tattoos and piercings and makeup under his eyes.. but yet their music sounded like cheery everclear.. I have yet to understand that.. <shrugs> All nu metal is just image.. that's it that's all.. The best thing i've seen in a long time was a skit on MadTV about limp bizkit.. you should try and find it on Kazaa.. it was a Parody they did.. it's hillarious.. It's called "Keep on Posin"
