My original name was slayme over at atmetal, the original version of this site. Obviously it came from Slayer, I just tacked a ME on the end of it because after all, I am me, right?. Yeah that made no sense, anyway when I migrated to metaltabs.com I put returns on the end because I'd been gone for so long.

And Atif, I know where you're coming from about the actual name thing. Not with Robert, but my old Health teacher could never pronounce Heil right, after I told him. One whole semester, he never got it right...I used to get kicked out of class for calling him a dumbfuck when he mispronounced it, but that's just me :)
Actually memnoch, in the actual Latin, I think it's a Latin word anyway, it would have been said the way you'd thought it was.

Nemo is latin for nothing or no-one, can't remember it right now, but anyway, it came to a cold winter night, I could hear the thunder...bla bla bla... well it could have been:D I was sitting and surfing the net after a latin dicsionary(spelling mistake, i know, but you know what I mean) and I saw Nemo, "Hey", I tought, "that may be a cool name". Then I forgot about it, until one of my friends and I sat and tried to find out cool nicknames. So here I am now, Nemo! And another reason is that when I get drunk, I can't do anything right "It's NOTHING in my head" or "There is NO-ONE home", pick the right thing. This was alot of bullshit.

My name is actually rather complex. My real name is Chris Rezendes. So, that's the name I post under. Actually, the name I post under now is ChrisRezendes because one day I came here, forgot my login, and created a new account. Oddly, my old account is almost identical to this one, so I don't know how I fucked that up.
My AIM screenname (I haven't used AIM in about 9 months) is harveycoast2coas, which is a Space Ghost Coast to Coast reference. Two times, Birdman hosted the show, once because SG was in jail. Well, on the show they sometimes referred to him as Harvey, without a last name. Later, like a year after I chose my username, he got his own mildly funny show, which finally revealed his last name to be Birdman. It's coast2coas because HarveyCoasttoCoast wouldn't fit. AOL is so fucking shitty I want to barf just thinking about it.
I also go by the nicks dudemcrude and dadmcbad, which stemmed from stupid shit I used to do on library computers when I was like 14. I used to go on wrestling forums and tell people 'Spike Dudley died of a drug overdose' and stupid shit like that. I usually posted under the names "The Bad Dad" and "The Rude Dude". Sometimes 10 year old kids in the library would bother me and ask me what my name was. I didn't want to tell the little street urchins my real name, so I said Dad McBad or Dude McRude.
Then there's my nick on an MLB forum, Bronson'sCornrows. There's a starting pitcher on my hometeam named Bronson Arroyo. I'm a fan of his. He has/had cornrows. It's simply enough.

way back when i was into wicca, this was my "magick name", but now its just a cool nickname that ive kept. the way it came to being my "magick name" was it just so happened to have the numerologial number as my name, one comobnation of it or another, i cant remember if i did first and last, or my full name.
It all started back when I joined the SMN forums. I was at a mate's house and we were both quite stoned..... He was rambling and wanted to call me something along the lines of "jewish..." but I wasn't having any of that. I looked on his wall and saw his sisters science project with a diagram of a frog......then I looked at the rear end and it was labelled 'Cloaca'. So I chose it. My friend hangs out with all these christians at school. I payed him a visit, and three of them told me to cut my hair, stop "endorsing the heavy metal band" Slayer (when they said that I couldnt stop laughing) because I was wearing my Slaytanic Wehrmacht shirt. I started yelling at them, then I told them "YOUR GOD IS DEAD TO ME". A bunch my rival metalheads at school heard that shit and started laughing their asses off and began to refer to me as that. I'm not a Satanist or anything, the name just stuck. I'm thinking of changing it though, my firend was drunk as hell and ran into me at my local cd distributor (Dark Realm records) and he asked me if I had read the NecronoMichael, mistaking the name of the Necronomicon in his alcohol-laced rant. Then he kept calling me that "HEEEEY, thats your NAME!" :drunk: Well, I might change it to that. Whatever.

On Bolt, my name was Dissection13 (Dissection being the band, and 13 just being a better number than anything else, considering Dissection was taken).
When I migrated here, I kept Dissection (because it stuck). But I disavow any connection to the band or that moron Jon. The guy kicked out Bard Faust because he wasn't an 'uber-fag-killing-Satanist/Anti-Cosmic' moron like himself. What the fuck.

I got MyOwnSavior from a lyric in the song God Was Created by my favorite band, Vehemence. If you ever heard the song you'll notice its basically chanted in the song and its on the back of one of their shirts. Lmao. Well I see your point. The song never had much meaning to me until about 3 or 4 years ago , but all the lyrics where stuck in my head from the first time I heard it, and it just kinda made since to me after that... Everyone takes music differently but if you can see maybe why it somehow defines a part of me today then you truely have insight. I hate what I have to do at times, but I can be nothing else. I'm drunk too :bawling:
