No, i live about 2-3 hours away from montreal. That's the closest Slayer has ever played to my city.

They were supposed to play here last winter, but Araya's father died and they never rescheduled the concert.

When i saw them last summer i'm pretty sure they didn't play Dead Skin Mask.....but they played Seasons, Angel of Death, and a couple of new songs (album wasn't out yet so they only played 3-4 new ones) along with many others i can't remember.

They've always played older stuff man......Bostaph did an amazing job with them, i wish he had stayed.

But they can't just ALL play old stuff......they have what, 9 albums out (studio albums, i'm not counting live crap)...so in a 2 hour concert, that makes for maybe only 2-3 songs each album....and probably 4-5 off their newest album. (this goes for basically any band)

but, I never seen them live yet!....and on the "Live Intrusion" video they only played 1 song off of Seasons in the Abyss, "War Ensemble"! I just couldn't belive that, I was pissed.

I own that video and i think all the songs they play were from various different concerts they played throughout the tour. Also videos usually have less material than cds.

My CC Live Cannibalism video has about 3 less songs than the live cd.

I just saw these guys lastnight in Atlanta and man they fuckin owned that stage! Best fuckin show I've seen. I only saw In flames do 3 songs cause they went on earlier than expected. Soulfly was ok only during the old Sepultura songs. Back to Slayer.

Songs of the night:

War ensemble, Angel of Death, Dead Skin mask, Raining blood(DUH!) and Chemical warfare.

The three In flames songs I heard were good Although they could have had a little better sound. Other than that pinball map system and colony was great.

If you get a chance go see SLAYER!!!!
