I did its a pretty uglee axe , but it grows on you, I played the LTD version played real nice , Id love to see the ESP version , The dude at the store says theres no difference cept one says ESP and costs alot more and the other is a LTD and goes for 900 . any one out there play it , any opinions

Id imagine the woods are differant also, i dont like the paint job on those things. Isnt it just like any other ESP Eclipse except with a gay paintjob?

ESPs are made in Japan.

maybe its me but the description is almost verbatim , same woods same fingerboard etc, Awhile back I bought the LTD DV8 a great guitar BTW, but the difference between the ESP version was that had a ebony fingerboard as opposed to the LTD having rosewood .
Now there is a difference between the ESP eclipse and LTD EC-1000 , which is also a mint guitar for under a grand,
So I agree there has to be somewhat of a difference, right ???? :beer:

Not every guitar from Korea is shit. It may not be set up right, but god forbid replacing some stuff and changing the settings on it. I dunno. I just see everyone trash them.

I just say korea is shitty cause techincaly in the large scale of things they are the main mass producer of poorley crafted cheaper guitars.

theyre not worth the money.
i bought 2 V350s for LESS than the price 1, only koz theyre blakk and i love Vs.
so now, im saving for a custom, dunno whos gonna make it yet, but quality counts.

I don't like LP's with stupid-ass paintjobs. If I ever got an LP it would be either black or have some woody/flamed natural finish or something.

The only ESP sig I like is the DV-8, that one is built quite well and doesn't seem very overpriced.
