Track and Field isn't very stressed in our physical education curriculum, but we got a new vice principal who set up a track and field day for us and had us train on the things we were competing in. It was the first time we'd ever done T+F, and we are in grade 9.

I'm just kind of excited about it right now because I placed first in my school for discus, and second for 100m today at the "Track and Field day".

So how many of you are in to track and field, and what events?

I thought about doing the 100 meter in my school, and probably would've been Varsity and shit, but I ended up not feeling like doing it.

I thought about joining the disc throwing thing.. because I knew the coach and I would get out of gym..

I'm not into track and field myself, but it's great that you are. I don't think enough young people today realize how important strenous activities are to counterbalance the unnatural diet consumed by most of the developed and industrialized world.

Everyone should go outside, get some fresh air, and make their lungs work overtime. It's good for you.

In Germany, usually we have track and field every year in school. 100, 1000 and 5000 metre run and a lot of other things. I don't like it very much. :/
